The AA and Addiction Project

This bug come forward meant a apportion not only to me make it my exclusively group, while doing the throw up I found out that everyone in my group had been traffic with a close family division who was in rehab or had deliberate away. I think what we cherished to do with this project was rent awareness to other students who had done for(p) through the same involvement with a family member or even their self. We attended AA brush so that we were able to peach first hand on the issue. We also partnered with Kathy OKeefe who is the loss leader of the nonprofit WTF (winning the Flight) to admirer share her message. She provided us with her own displays which had effectual personally messages from family members who had lost spang ones to the cause. Personally are selfies did an stage on campus, in Chilton dormitory called the battle which presented breeding on statistics of excessive drugs use, the effects from drugs use, and information about the different ways t o receive help and resources.\n in that location were a weed of hoi polloi who help out with this project and that we could not have get off it off without. First at that place was Kathy OKeefe with WTF, my partners Dana MacDanald and Lyndsey Luther. Also we had help from Lewisville PD Drug toil Force. This project make me finger a lot of kinds of ways. The whole reason of me joining the broadcast was to help others. While pose on the exhibit I was able to speak with a lot of stack who had gone through a lot of pain. Ms. OKeefe had lost a son from an overdose, and listening to her invoice and watching her video very made me open my eyeball and help me realize that Im really overtaking to be able to save people lives once Im done with this program. This made me feel really charge and that I know that Im going to be able to make a difference in people lives.\nI really did cacoethes being able to find my personally knowledge to the subject, and yet still learning impu dently thing along the way.
